Ecosystem Science and Policy (ECS)

The undergraduate ECS program is an interdisciplinary exploration that provides students with a broad background in environmental issues from a variety of perspectives.  Courses emphasize integration of science and policy approaches to real-world environmental issues: from sustainability to policy, from sea-level rise to resilience.  Our students are prepared to pursue careers of impact in all areas of climate change policy, ecology, and environmental management.
